When you call, or visit North Shore Horizons, you'll connect with a trained advocate who understands the impact of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and other forms of abuse.

Whether you're reaching out for yourself, a friend, or a family member, we're here to help.

You can share as much, or as little, as you feel comfortable sharing. Some people know exactly what they need, while others are simply trying to make sense of w hat happened.

We believe survivors. We recognize that every person's experience is different, and there is no "right" way to respond to trauma. Whether you're feeling scared, angry, confused, numb, or uncertain, your feelings are valid.

 Our role is to provide information; not to tell you what you should do.
